Blog #2 Captivity Narrative

In august of 2015 I, playing with Madrid were playing against Barcelona and they were winning and then I came and almost make a goal but it did not happen, but after the game, the coach of Barcelona´s team, Josep Guardiola came to me and took me captive with them. He said that it was dangerous for them or any other team playing against Real Madrid and me being their able to make any goal or any good plays making them loose and even though I did not like this, he was telling the very and ultimate truth. I was taken away from my beloved team in which I have been from more than 5 years and been humiliated by my rival and enemies of forever. I was taken to the city of Barcelona and being housed in the Camp Nou but it was not that bad because they took me to a room with plasma and a delicious and very comftrable bed and couthes with a little kitchen, like apartment without having to pay the rent and every day they brought me food to fill on my kitchen, the problem was that they made me watch every tape they had of their important wins like the UEFA championship final against arsenal in 2006 or in 2009 against Manchester United; also the twenty five times they have won the Copa Del Rey or the 3 times they won the European Cup and so on, even every  game they have won against us in the history of the two clubs. Their was when I realized why the best players in the world were and are in that team, even though at that time I thought I was the best of all. At the beggining I did not even wanted to look at any of their faces because I had a big hate on them and I was hoping that one day my team mates will miss me or realize that they need me on their team because they are so jealous of me that they cannot accept the fact of me being the star of their team.but day after day I was getting more used to it and I realized that the team members such as Lionel Messi or Carles Puyol were very nice people and were very good as in their normal lives, as in football players with their team mates. Even thought we were rivals, and I may admite that I am very competitive I saw that this even was a better team than mine and that this was not that bad because they were treating me like one of them. Eventually, they began letting me go to see their practices and their games live which I enjoyed a lot and I felt like I was already a member of their team and I had forgetten of my team. 2 months had already passed and I did not really had the necessity to go back with my team even though I wanted my normal life back and I asked for it, and they told me that it was already time to tell the truth. That they had taken me captive because Pellegrini, my coach asked Guardiola to take me for a while and teach me how the real football was. That it is now only me on the field, that their is eeven of us and that we need to play as a team together and also that when I tried "joga bonita" I mess up a lot of important plays that could take us to an important goal, and I learned my lesson and even though all that spending time with Barcelona, feeling like a member of their team and wishing to hav been on that team on the first place, I would go to my real team and change every single mistake I have made and try to become a better player, trying to beat Messi, even though I knew it was going to be very difficult and it has been and I really don´t think I can become better than him, now I accept and may say that he is really the best but I don´t loose nothing on trying.

Blog post #1

A CNN report of the current event on this article, about the misery of the floodings in pakistan making people sick. Almost a million pakistanis had gotten illnesses and a big number of other diseases such as scabies, diarrhea, repiratory infections and malaria and approximately 1500 people had died in the floods. The article gives enough information to us about the floods and the approximate numbers of the people dying and getting sick from it, their are no problems with the article. The report is well written and has enough information yet their is no bias from the person or people who wrote about the article. Their is nothing about the event left out in the article, everything about it is told to us and it even has more details that helps us understand what this people are going through. My opinion of the article is that all this people need help and it is an entire country suffering this so someone like in the article is said, that the prime minister is asking for help to health officals and the U.N. agencies, should do something to try to stop this because this is affecting a whole country and this country needs him.
